WEB11 Feb 2005 · SJ1. Dude you cannot apply for one. YOu have to have a pending visa application for something like a work visa. There is no fiktionbeschinigung visa. It is just a visa while you wait for the application that is pending. If you want one, apply for a normal visa, and then if there is any overlap one will be given.
