WEB14. Okt. 2012 · The file "mfc45.dll" is continually flagged by my AVG Anti Virus program after scanning. I have researched numerous ".dll" download sites (that allow users to download replacement ".dll" files. mfc45.dll is not listed on any of these sites whatsoever.
