We had an awesome stay at the Grand Park City Hall Hotel. Just 10-15mins walking distance to the very famous Singapore merlion. Hotel is really nearby every where. And the best part about my stay is that the manager on duty Mr. Sufri is very helpful and attentive to details. Gave us a beautiful connecting room too. Will definitely come back here to stay again should I ever visit Singapore.

It's my first time stay this hotel, and location which is great, and very convenience, when I check in Front Office staff was very friendly, the young lady help us bring the luggage up to our room. Room was clean and neat. I like the room view. Even hotel block the Indulge for renovation, but their service still very good, when we have our breakfast there. Sure we will recommend to our friends to choose this Hotel for their vacation, I will definitely come back and stay here again.

Love the location of this Grand Park Hotel. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the civic district, it offers easy access to lots of heritage spots in the area. Room was stylish and comfortable. The slight premium on having a bath in the washroom was well worth it. Only hiccup that could have been better was the app check-in function. Should consider integrating all e-booking and room control features more tightly into the app.
